Cloud 9 gets its name because of how light they are on the lashes, yet it creates the most beautiful dark and fluffy sets. When using the correct fan sizes, you will no longer experience drooping of the lashes, especially on clients who have thinner lashes. The finish is a dark black matte which is well loved by many artists and clients around the world.
